A Peaceful and Magical Retreat.....Tucked in the sacred Mayan 

Jungle.  At only 3 miles from the nice white sandy beach of 

Xpuha.     

The outdoor private terrace overlooking two acres of jungle and 

garden is aligned with the natural harmony of life, with nothing

to hinder and everything to heighten your senses. 

A true contact with   wild mother nature. 

Access to a totally wild cenote/cave on the same   land. Ideal 

for bird and wild fauna watchers.     

This enchanted palapa is fully furnished with two bedrooms on the

main floor with twin beds, and on the large balcony loft lies a  

beautiful king size bed that welcomes the rays of the sun each  

morning from the eastern sky. 

For extra visitors, there is a sofa bed  in the living room.  

The kitchen is fully equipped w/ refrigerator, gas stove, oven and   

hot and cold water along with bath and shower.     

Serene, yet just minutes from Xpuha beach, and only 25 minutes   

to the charming town of Playa del Carmen and the Playacar golf 

Resort and 25 minutes to the mystical town of Tulum where you 

can visit ancient ruins by the sea, participate in Mayan temazcal 

ceremonies and much more.

You will enjoy the big swimming pool shared with the other cottage.  

At 1hr 15 min south from Cancun airport. We are at 2 miles from 

main road. Fantastic jungle road for early jogging or biking. 

See monkeys, foxes, lizards, birds, and much  more...     

A rented normal car is recommended.    

If you want to come with more friends or family, you have the 

opportunity to rent another similar cottage nearby this one

Amenities

Bed and bath linens provided, beach towels, CD player, 1 Baby crib,

hammocks, purified drinking water provided,  room cleaning service 

2X/week, wash machine, safety box for money, passeport, tickets, etc.   

Optional daily room cleaning for USD 50 per week.

Xcaret park ( 20 min.), Tulum mayan Ruins (25 min.), Akumal (15 min.),

Chichen Itza ruins( 3hrs.), Sian Khan biosphere and Xel-Ha park,

Cozumel island.  

Others near by: beaches, reefs, snorkelling, sailing,  fishing,

fishing charter, scuba diving, cenote diving, wind surfing,   

parasailing, swim with dolphins, Golf, eco tours, horseback riding,

Jungle tour, bird watching and much much more…    

It is easy to rent cars, scooters, golf cart or bikes in Playa 

del Carmen.  

Rates

Prices are based on occupancy by up to 6 guests including taxes.  

Minimum 5 nights. Maximum 2 additional guests.        

From Dec-14-2014 to Apr-30-2015, 1450 USD per week, or 215 USD per   

night. Additional guest night, 60 USD except for 1 child under 10.

From May-01-2014 to Dec-14-2014,1195 USD per week, or 190 USD per 

night. Additional night, 55 USD except for 1 child under 10.     

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change until reservation 

deposit is received.    

Deposit: 50% non refundable deposit required to book a reservation.

Balance paid at least 30 days before arrival.   

Damage deposit of 100 USD required in cash upon arrival.  

Damage deposit returned at check out if everything OK.
