PRICES AND CONDITIONS:
Prices are based on occupancy by up to 6 guests including taxes. Minimum 5 nights. Maximum 2 additional guests.
From Dec-15-2014 to Apr-30-2015, 1450 USD per week, or 215 USD per night. Additional guest night, 60 USD except for 1 child under 10.
From May-01-2014 to Dec-14-2014, 1195 USD per week, or 190 USD per night. Additional guest night, 55 USD except for 1 child under 10.
Prices are in US dollars and subject to change until reservation deposit is received.
Deposit: 50% non refundable deposit required to book a reservation. Balance paid at least 30 days before arrival.
Damage deposit of 100 USD required in cash upon arrival.
Damage deposit returned at check out if everything OK.
