Prices and conditions:
Prices are based on occupancy by up to 4 guests including taxes.
Minimum 5 nights. Maximum 2 additional guests.
From Dec-15-2011 to Apr-30-2012, 1250 USD per week, or 185 USD per night. Additional guest night, 55 USD except for 1 child under 10
From May-01-2011 to Dec-14-2011, 995 USD per week, or 149 USD per night. Additional guest night, 50 USD except for 1 child under 10.
Prices are in US dollars and subject to change until reservation deposit is received. Deposit: 50% non refundable deposit required to book a reservation. Balance paid at least 30 days before arrival. Damage deposit of 100 USD required in cash upon arrival.

From May-01-2011 to Dec-14-2011, 1195 USD per week, or 190 USD per night. Additional guest night, 55 USD except for 1 child under 10.
