1. The Lovely Jungle Cottage
4 to 5 people, ideal for a family
2 single bedrooms + 1 kingsize on mezzanine
1 bathroom + good kitchen and washmachine. No A.C.
Prices and conditions:

•Prices are based on occupancy by up to 4 guests including taxes. Minimum 5 nights. Maximum 2 additional guests.•From Dec-15-2008 to Apr-30-2009, 1150 USD per week, or 170 USD per night. Additional guest night, 55 USD except for 1 child under 10 •From May-01-2008 to Dec-14-2008, 950 USD per week, or 140 USD per night. Additional guest night, 50 USD except for 1 child under 10.•Prices are in US dollars and subject to change until reservation deposit is received. Deposit: 50% non refundable deposit required to book a reservation. Balance paid at least 30 days before arrival. Damage deposit of 100 USD required in cash upon arrival.•Damage deposit returned at check out if everything OK.
